Erica joined the Board of Directors in 2022 and currently serves as its Vice President.  Originally from Eagan, MN, Erica is a Registered Nurse with over 17 years of healthcare leadership experience and currently serves as System Director of Nursing and Health Informatics at Allina Health.  She was drawn to board service with Youable because of her passion for local and accessible behavioral and emotional health for children, adolescents, and adults.
